Selection and pricing minus customer service. Overall yes im happy with my purchase and the price however good luck receiving customer service help. I tried to call their number dozens of times to receive an automated message that no one is available. left voicemails with no reply. 4 days later an email stating that my package was delivered,,, obviously. I would just be cautious if you have issues and how long customer service takes

I received my package very quickly and was excited to finally receive a bag I had been looking for a little while at a reasonable price. Once I opened the box I was met with the smell of wetness, but figured it might have been the packing since it rained the day I received it and days prior. As I was opening the packaging for the Maruen tote, I realized the plastic, tissue paper and bag were all wet. I immediately opened my other foldable tote and spray to see if they were affected. The tote smelled moist but was not wet like the Mauren and the spray was sealed tight. Once I inspected the bag I began to take pictures and contacted customer service. I was provided a return label promptly and shipped it back the same day. Customer service reached out to advise my claim was validated and they could provide a refund or replacement. I opted for the refund. I greatly appreciate the quick and thorough resolution. I hope wherever the bag was being kept and any others affected have been removed from the inventory.

Luggage arrived ontime but with scratches on it. They hold a lot very securely and held up well after it's 1st use

Easy to get dirty. and small on the inside.It's not as I expected.

I have not used the luggage as of today. However, we are going on a vacation to Europe this spring and I question the strength of the luggage in the back. The is no metal connecting the top and bottom pieces. Hopefully, the luggage will hold up

Had to call because they forgot to process my order and when the order shipped would have been nice to have gotten a notification of when it had shipped

The briefcase was just shipped in a large box. I needed to place packaging inside case as the briefcase was smashed and needed to be reformed. It looked like briefcase was probably stored by just piling on top of each other instead of a proper box.

Try to order but was not accepted reason was sold to address was Canada address which is valid but I am vacation in Florida and wanted the product shipped to my Kissimmee address which I resided for 4 months . One other issue my card showed a billing amount for the product and after calling customer they said it will be resolved for the product did not ship.
