I am happy with my purchase. The Lipault bag is what I looked for in a carryon that has a lot of useful compartments and yet able to fit under a seat(provided that it’s not stuffed. My only disappointment is that I was not updated on the shipping. Because we are in Hawaii, I understand that there will be a delay. I had to check myself the status of my shipment.

The briefcase was just shipped in a large box. I needed to place packaging inside case as the briefcase was smashed and needed to be reformed. It looked like briefcase was probably stored by just piling on top of each other instead of a proper box.

Received product in a timely manner and product was as viewed online.
