Beautiful ring and wonderful experience!
I ordered a ring and after I recieved it i wasn't in love with it. It was beautiful I just chose the wrong style for me. I wrote to them explaining this to see if there was any possibility to return it. They wrote right back absolutely return it and what is the ring of your dreams? I sent a picture. A few weeks later they sent a sketch which I loved. I recieved the ring and OH MY GOODNESS IT IS GORGEOUS! The quality of the mossanite and craftsmanship of the gold arw both top notch. Now on to the real stars, Ludovic customer service. I promise you there is no company doing this better than they are. Prompt respectful helpful they were great through the whole experience. I honestly can't say enough good about them. I'm a Communications professional A plus Ludovic!!!
