Unbelievable customer service. Had a small issue and they went above and beyond!! Honestly the best customer service I have ever had!!

I bought two different models of Lucyd Glasses. I had a issue with both, which turned out to be a setting on my phone. I emailed Lucyd and they replied within minutes. Since then, I've ordered replacement lenses and their customer service was over the top. It's not often that a company's customer service is perfect. Lucyd has raised the bar! Having used the glasses for a couple of months now, I appreciate the quality of the product. I know I got a bargain too.

BUYER BEWARE! Think twice before purchasing Lucyd Smart Glasses! I purchased a pair of Lucyd Smart Glasses, and the speaker has already stopped working. I’ve tried calling the company multiple times, left voicemails, and sent emails. So far, nobody has returned my calls or responded to my messages. A company should stand behind its products, especially when customers spend their hard-earned money. It’s bad enough when a product stops working, but it’s even worse when you can’t get customer service to respond. I’m sharing my experience because I wish someone had warned me before I made my purchase. Until this company demonstrates that it stands behind its products and supports its customers, I cannot recommend buying Lucyd Smart Glasses. Lucyd, if you’re reading this, I’d appreciate someone contacting me to resolve this issue.

Fantastic customer service. Got back to my email right away and discussed the broken power button with me. They ended up sending a new pair with only a few quick questions and very little hassle. Great product. Will continue to use!
