BUYER BEWARE! Think twice before purchasing Lucyd Smart Glasses! I purchased a pair of Lucyd Smart Glasses, and the speaker has already stopped working. I’ve tried calling the company multiple times, left voicemails, and sent emails. So far, nobody has returned my calls or responded to my messages. A company should stand behind its products, especially when customers spend their hard-earned money. It’s bad enough when a product stops working, but it’s even worse when you can’t get customer service to respond. I’m sharing my experience because I wish someone had warned me before I made my purchase. Until this company demonstrates that it stands behind its products and supports its customers, I cannot recommend buying Lucyd Smart Glasses. Lucyd, if you’re reading this, I’d appreciate someone contacting me to resolve this issue.

I purchased prescription glasses from Lucyd less than one year ago. The frame broke during normal use while still under warranty. When I contacted support, I was told the frame model had been discontinued and there was no compatible replacement available for my prescription lenses. Although Lucyd acknowledged the frame issue, they would not replace my prescription lenses, reimburse me, or provide a refund. Their only solution was a 70% discount toward purchasing an entirely new pair of glasses. Customer service was polite, but I was disappointed that a warranty claim on a defective frame still left me paying for new prescription lenses. If you purchase prescription eyewear from Lucyd, make sure you fully understand how discontinued frames and lens coverage are handled under their warranty. Update: After further review, Lucyd ultimately refunded both the frame order and prescription lenses. While the process was frustrating and required significant follow-up, the matter was eventually resolved.

I was excited to purchase Lucyd smart glasses, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. The original frames failed, and although the company sent a replacement under warranty, I experienced continued issues. They eventually refunded the cost of the frames but refused to provide any additional assistance. The biggest problem is that these glasses require custom prescription lenses to fit the frames, if needed. In my case, after the frame failed for the 2nd time, I was left with expensive prescription lenses that cannot be used in another frame, resulting in a significant financial loss. Customer service was polite, but the final response was that they considered the matter closed and would not offer any solution beyond the frame refund. I wish I had known this before investing in prescription lenses. My advice to anyone considering these glasses is to think carefully before purchasing prescription lenses unless you're comfortable risking that additional expense if the frames fail.

The problem with this company is that they don’t honor the return policy ! The 100$ extended warranty’s is of no use! If you send the defective lens for resolution to lucyd fixing the defective eyewear they will ask for 50% cost of lens for the replacement. Don’t trust this company’s return policy . Will report further to other consumers on MY terrible experience . One star is too much but has to select to make a complaint !

Reached out several times about my order. Site say next day shipping but my order has been "preparing" about a week short of a month. I've emailed 4 times, twice asking for a cancelation and refund since this waiting game is infuriating. The only time I got a response my request was ignored and was told they would ask the lab about the order. I've ordered from this company before and absolutely loved the product but I ordered from Amazon which limits your options as far as what color you want your actual glasses to be. I've received orders from temu quicker than this. Safe to say I will never order from lucyd again

Horrible customer service. Their chat assist is basically a bot that asks for your email to which they never respond. They offer a discount code, no limitations in the offering and you go through the order process, try to use the code, and the message is doesn’t apply to the product. I’m sending ding screenshots to the AG’s consumer fraud division - it’s a classic false advertising scheme.
