They've been great! Won the launch giveaway and they credited my account within 24 hours, had trouble with verification and they handled everything super fast and were super nice about the whole process. Haven't cashed out yet, but they've been awesome regarding other situations.

At first I thought that this casino was just going to be like all the other Social casinos out there. But when I tell you that it was seamless from start to finish, I'd be lying LOL There was a little bit of hiccup with the redemption, but then it was fixed. There was no b*******.There was no top ups, and NO you need to deposit first.Literally two hundred fifty bucks in my account.Immediately... after it was ironed out. And the customer service makes you feel like a real person. That's unheard of in these social casinos. LUCKY ONE IS MY NEW GO TO!

LuckyOne.us is a fresh face in online casinos, and I had a blast! Easy sign-up, fun games, turned their $20 Instagram giveaway win into a $159 cashout—instant payout, no fuss. Solid platform, hooked already!

First and foremost the customer service is great, they are super nice and the response time is very quick! I know a lot of people were complaining about not receiving the sign up bonus right away but I contacted support and they were right on it and it was added asap to my account. When it's a new casino there's glitches that need to be worked out and that's to be expected. As soon as they get that worked out it's going to be a smooth ride. I highly recommend this casino just give him time to work The kinks out and you will see!

The layout is great and the games are all of the top ones from the best providers. Payouts are also very fast. However their promotions are not automatically credited and their support is less then helpful to be polite. This is not a place I would recommend at this time unfortunately. I in fact did recieve an email reply from the support team 2 days after the initial issue, however the issue still remains. It infact was not fixed instead I got another, " we understand it, we acknowledge and we apologize, we hope you'll play more".
