Great customer service, Redeemed hopefully it's fast, so I can continue to play!!

Update to my first review. Last night was my first night playing. I enjoyed this selection of games and the amount of playback. I was getting . The girl Eva I spoke to last nigh was amazing extremely friendly nothing like this girl Lana I just spoke to. I had to ask her three times before she told me she could not confirm or deny when I was gonna get it. I also asked to speak to a manager. She ignored me. Never got me a manager. She said it doesn’t matter if you play five cents a spin or 500 a spin you’re gonna get the same exact thing as the person that spends five cents to spin. I literally told Eva I hope that she gets a reason they double her salary thanks, Lana they lost a new customer a HighRoller one at that. It was very easy to send in your information to redeem Which I’m assuming because I got a rare gem that helped me which again her name was Eva. She was amazing so friendly however she said that it could take up to 24 hours for redemption. Which is still good. I’m used to immediately or within a Which is still good. I’m used to immediately or within a couple hours, but 24 hours is not bad but three days is ridiculous Never offered a comp. She should definitely not be in customer service. That’s for sure. After I cashed out, I continued to play because my goal was to see how quickly they put my money back into my account. After this review.,I think this may beanother one of those places where They let you win once, to try and reel you in and after you win, you just lose lose lose I couldn’t win anything I put on another 500 and even my cash out wasn’t really wanting much money after what I had put in. I nothing but continue to lose lose lose. Out of that 500 that I put in after the cash out. I hit one bonus where before the cash out I had tons I tried all different . So I messaged today and got somebody named Lana. I thought she was very matter of fact, not friendly telling me it is up to my bank on when I get it, which is an absolute lie the other casinos I play it. You either get immediately or within hours. I played this morning one 7500 and it’s already back in my bank. She continued to argue with me like I didn’t know what I was talking about. We don’t have to wait days anymore with the technology that’s why most places are instant or within. It isn’t like it used to be technology had to changed most good casinos pay same day or within hours or immediately and Lana was basically arguing with me. Horrible horrible customer service!!!!! she treated me like I didn’t know what I was talking about. And a one of those people that play that play .20 a spin and the one with their 50 Cent free replay that’s how I was treated . That is not me! Lol I should’ve waited before I made my first review and also should’ve waited until I got paid before I put another 500 or more back into that casino. My cash out was only 1200. Don’t forget part of that 1200 is money that I spent depositing to play so I didn’t win that whole 1200.. I literally just wanted to see how long it took to cash out. I just did nothing but lose after the cash out . I got sucked in to three full pots that never gave me the bonus and wasted over another 500 lol allI will never play there again. not just because of their long time for payout and blames your bank that they can’t tell you when you’re gonna get it. not just because I did nothing but lose after a cash out. The reason I will never play there again is because of the specific agent named LANA and the way that she was condescending and rude, and not very friendly .I specifically told her I was done talking to her and all I wanted her to do was tell me when I can expect it. I HAD TO ASK HER SEVERAL TIMES. I ASKED HER IF I SHOULD EXPECT FRIDAY! Her response again was “I CANNOT CONFIRM OR DENY. I think means I’m never gonna see it!!! ! I asked her because she said it’s gonna take 24 hours to process it but 1 to 3 days to get it depending on my bank I said can you just confirm that I should not expect this money until probably Friday she said I can’t come confirm or deny AGAIN very matter of fact with all the answers so I do not highly recommend . I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK SOON TO UPDATE THIS REVIEW ON WHEN I GET IT OR TO TELL YOU THAT I NEVER RECEIVED IT, WHICH IS MOST LIKELY GONNA BE THE OUTCOME.. Excellent customer service! Very easy to send all the info they require, which is only your licence, a bank statement or utility bill and a photo. Literally less than 5 min. The customer service agent that helped me was Eva. She is beyond friendly, so professional and helpful. Highly recommended.
