Lucky me is a great casino they have a great selection of games and I love their layout. Deposits and redemption are fast and the customer service is very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

Just like literally everyone else I’m leaving 2 stars due to redemption “issues.” The wait time is…well it’s a time. It’s stated initially that redemptions can take up to just a few days (don’t want to directly quote because I’m unsure, but it’s either 2-3 or 3-5.) I submitted on the 18th, so this makes the 3rd official working day. I did email customer service but was told it’s actually more like 10. Why not say that up front? Our money that we pay in is processed and played immediately, numerous upon numerous other platforms provide 24-48 redemptions, and even instant! This makes me wonder why they take so long and honestly, I probably won’t play anymore due to the lengthy wait times.

Redemption process is insanely slow, redeemed on 6/14 it’s 6/20 still no payment after being told it can take up to 5 business days. Thennnn when asked if there were any promotions available because of the money I’ve spent they had the nerve to say they can’t give promotions while redemptions are pending. Will update rating when paid smfh!

Let's me play for an hour, then "restriction" pops up. REDICULOUS

I'd give it 0 if I could. It's been 10 days and I still don't have my redemption even though I'm fully verified. Terms of service say 2-5 days, customer service said 10.

Redemption times are fairly accurate sure customer service is fast and great but their redemptions are fairly slow. I imagine they have one guy doing all the redemptions and he only works one hour a day. Submitted on Wednesday still waiting.

Redeemed $100, two days later it was canceled. I never canceled the redemption & I was told it was a technical error on their end. Was told at first 3-5 business days for redemptions to process (which is already longer than other websites I play on).. Now I’ve been told up to 10 days & the accidental cancellation on their end has me waiting even longer. Total joke, don’t waste your time or money
