As a veteran cosplayer, I’ve dealt with all manners of makers and Luca shines among my all-time favorites. Quick, true-to-picture, precise, Luca designs delivers under every aspect and to a very reasonable price. Wouldn’t change a damn thing about both product and service. A must-buy whether you’re trying to perfect your Red Hood cosplay or you just want a designer item to make everyone jealous. 10/10

Their page is so easy to navigate, the pictures and models they use for their products are true to color for the product. The sizing was near perfect, which I’m a female and bought a male jacket. The jacket itself is so supple and easy to move while wearing, the details are true to the picture! 12/10 will order from them again!

UPDATE (2/25/21): I followed the business’ return instructions but they ghosted me after the items were received. I now have no merchandise and I’ve been scammed for $443 dollars. This is a very expensive review, but it’s here to help protect you from getting scammed. UPDATE (1/6/21): This review is now marked "verified" as the business made multiple attempts to have it removed, flagging me as "not a customer". I had to provide Trustpilot receipts, emails, tracking numbers and photographs to support every detail below. Since the business has been unsuccessful in having this review deleted by Trustpilot, they have agreed to take ONLY ONE of these defective items because the second defective item was "sold at a loss" and "final sale" (despite the product page not saying so). Apparently, ANYTHING purchased from this site on sale is NOT RETURNABLE - even if it is defective or damaged, they will not accept responsibility for their actions (poor packing, etc). Regarding the one they will accept, they've asked me for a "tracking number" but not provided a return address. They are attempting to make a case for the credit card dispute that I am "not cooperative". I'm happy to send it back, but I need an address to send it to. Oh, here's the catch: they won't give me the address until this review is deleted. $400 is nothing to me, but it might be to you; therefore, this documented experience may be the one and only honest review of this business on the internet. ****************** Original review (Dec 27) I purchased two jackets from this website during their Black Friday sale. It took a long time to get here. Our order was shipped in two packages. One of the two came a week later than the other. Both were late according to estimates due to the holiday shipping crush. They were badly crushed in shipping because they just put them in plastic bags with no protection. Neither jacket fit. We were very careful with the measurements after reading the horror stories with this business. Despite all of that, the jackets we received had very tight arms. We had no way of knowing this from the website. These only fit people with extremely skinny arms. I contacted them, within the “15 days of receipt” return policy. I was told that I did not qualify for the return/exchange because I ORDERED in November. This means they go off of the day of order and they run down the clock on the return window before they ever send their merchandise. I’m currently working this issue with my credit card company. Please do not order online here. They show beautiful products, but have no integrity.

We respectfully disagree with this, the customer was notified many times, we reached out by phone and email on over 6 occasions to process their exchange, they have not followed store policy and returned, even though its past the friendly deadline we are still extending it hoping that they will be more kind and follow the process before January is over. Clearance items cannot be exchanged but the other one we are welcoming it. We offered extra services at no cost to even have the customer feel the way the other 99 percent do. This review is fluff to put us down as she has a track record of doing this with 7 other brands, just review her profile on trust pilot for proof. Everything you see from this person is fabricated or exaggerated to hurt the brand but we know readers are smarter and will see through this one. Its hard to work with people that make it unreasonable and claim every single thing is wrong when they don't get their way --- This is one of those situations and Luca Designs will defend it in hopes that the reader will understand we are still trying to make things as smooth as possible. Followup to their ever changing toxic responses: Again, the customer has not responded to us regarding any tracking information or any followup in 2 months for a return. They did not report the jacket defective when we had conversations or provide images showcasing any issues on delivery. Everything you see from this person is fabricated or exaggerated to hurt the brand but we know readers are smarter and will see through this one. jackets are shipped in mailed with most brands as boxes are X3 the cost and not efficient - still having folds in the products. Clothing can be pressed without issues. But we will notify shipping to keep quality controls. Those who do not follow procedures cannot be serviced properly. Without professional communication from them we are unable to help further.
