Don't buy a jacket from this site if you aren't 100% sure it will fit perfectly. I measured my other jackets to make sure I got it right, but I'm quite tall and slim, so it usually isn't that straightforward for me. I asked to get it replaced and found out it was going to cost me almost the purchase price again to get a replacement. You pay for returning shipping costs, shipping cost of the new jacket and a 20% restock fee. Also no return shipping label so chances of failed shipping is possible, which happened to me, but since this could have been avoided, I won't discuss this further here. * I paid 269.98 USD for the jacket * 71.88 USD for a restock fee of the first and shipping of the second jacket (from Pakistan) * 57.87 USD for shipping the first jacket to Canada (while it originally came from Pakistan) In total I paid 399.73 USD (not counting the cost of the second time I tried sending it to Canada) for a granted pretty nice jacket, but not premium either. This is about twice what I feel I should have spent. Furthermore costumer support was very rude; threats and all caps segments, worst customer support response ever, very unprofessional. When they realised I wasn't going to go down to their level, they were more polite, but at that point the damage had already been done. After I posted this review, it got taken down within minutes, claiming it is spam, but costumer support emailed me shortly after, offering 40 dollar of store credit, which is completely pointless as I'll never visit this store again. They have cost me enough money and grievance. Followup: 5 months later, my review got taken down a second time, even though I already spent a lot of time showing the validity of my post. This time they claimed this review was meant for another company. This tells me that this company is continuously trying to take down bad reviews for bogus reasons and a lot of people won't take the time as I did. Followup 2: To have this reviewed approved because it was taken down twice by the "store". I was required to send over mail communication, purchase agreement, etc... I give credit to the people at Trustpilot to finally restoring the review twice, I guess they agree I wasn't confused. At the time it was not a flat rate. But honestly even if there was no restock fee (whatever criminal policy that is for a clothing brand), my experience with them was honestly horrible. Buy from somewhere else and always check for hidden fees!
