Edit after Lucajackets.com's answer which is blatantly false : look at [Order #38533] (January 19, 2026). I know you're not responsible for taxes, but you should disclaim your products are coming from Pakistan. And this is NOT blackmailing. I'm not asking anything from you. I'm just exposing shaddy businesses practices. That's what Trustpilot is for. So, during some sales, I decided to pull the trigger on Leon Kennedy's Aviator Jacket. I always wanted one, and the Schott "Official" one is god damn expensive. I received it a week later (that's fine) and I had two surprises : first, it comes from Karashi, Pakistan. Errr... Ok... Not sure anyone from the Luca Designs team ever saw that jacket then ! Second surprise : Taxes ! 20€ more. Well, guess that's for me. But all that would not have been so bad had the jacket been OK. Let's be honest : this leather jacket is a cosplay prop, not a jacket you'll wear every day. The leather is so thin that I scratched it... on my car seat. Which is soft. It reeks of petrol (or whatever product they use to treat leather) and finally the leather's patina is NOTHING like the one on the shop pictures. Mine looks brand new, out of a brown paint pot. My original review was 2/5, but Luca Designs asked Trustpilot to remove it because "it was unsocilited". Well. Enjoy you 1/5 for censoring me. I can totally prove I did order from your website.

I live in the US. Ordered a Jacket (regular, no-rush shipping). I recieved an invoice from FedEx after receiving my order for part of the cost of shipping. I thought shipping was free in my case, but guess not. I won't ever be ordering from Luca again.

The jacket was incredibly poor quality, and they DO NOT accept returns except to replace with a different jacket (or store credit) which obviously does not fix a glaring quality issue. I tried to raise an issue with PayPal - to get the store to accept a proper return (I DO NOT want this jacket), who would not help me get a return, and now I am out $300. Please note, this is not a custom product. The only selections available are real vs PU leather, and a standard letter size. Not everyone who has a poor experience with you is just a "hater" Luca, perhaps actually help your customers and you wouldn't have reviews like this.

Esta es la segunda vez que escribo esta reseña porque lucajackets ya me reportó dos veces. Edición: lucajackets me ha reportado al menos cinco veces y tengo que apelar el reporte cada semana para que trustpilot no borre mi reseña. Otra edición: me interesaba su mercancía hasta que vi que las reseñas son todas falsas. Ya me habría olvidado del asunto pero como me siguen denunciando seguiré viniendo a reportar sus reseñas fraudulentas.

Terrible communication, endless delays, shipping was slow despite charging an absurd premium, and to top it off, they sent me the wrong size and haven't responded after two weeks.

Communication is just as important as having a nice product. I was ignored for weeks when I requested a refund, then told I could not be refunded since the product was already on its way. This leaves me with no option besides returning the product for a restocking fee and losing money. I have to keep this jacket now for it to make sense. That to me seems very scammer ish and very low hanging. If your customer request a cancellation only a day after ordering it, give them the refund. Don’t ignore them and then play dumb when they blow up your contacts in desperation.

Ordered a jacket from them and had to cancel the order. According to their policy, cancellation can be done within 24 hours of order placement. I cancelled the order less than 24 hours and they refused to refund. Order confirmation email received at 9:11PM EST on April 21st 2023, cancellation email sent at 11:38AM on April 22nd 2023. Sent them email timestamps as proof and they still refused to refund and I had no choice but to get the bank involved to stop the transaction. To anyone out there, please be aware.
