Lseat.comReviews of lseat.com

have over the past couple year have purchased cover and each time very impressed with quality fit & quality of material.it takes a bit of time but after all they are custom made not generic like you would buy from say ,Walmart or auto parts house. I will always take quality over speed any day. customer service is of same caliber as product fist class!

Worst company to deal with,They sent me wrong covers twice and now they wont respond to emails, after receiving there returned item.I had to file a claim with cc company ,hopefully they can get it resolved avoid doing business with this company.wasted my time for over 3 month with this company After 1 month of them ignoring my email. I guess they finally saw my reviews and did refund me.

Great quality, excellent customer service, and good turn-around time with the covid19 stuff going on right now.

My order arrived in June, delivery deadline respected despite a custom order (original interior in single order). My saddler after examination confirmed to me that the realization was made in the rules of the art. The assembly will be done in September or we can judge the setting. I am satisfied.

Ordered Porsche 996 replacement covers. A month plus in I asked for a delivery date and got one. Date came and went. I waited a week and tried to call a dozen times. No one ever picked up and you can’t leave a message. Sent an email. “Sorry running short handed. They will ship tomorrow.” 3 days later no shipping info. Emailed again to cancel the order. Walk out the front door in the morning and there’s the covers. Later that day I get a shipping notice and tracking number. Okay the place is a mess but the covers look pretty good so let’s get to installing. Backseats all good no problems. Front seats there are 9 pleat trim pieces missing. Emailed photos and got no response. Had to take them to a local shop to be added. Cost me another $150. Moral to the story is, Lseat.com is an unprofessional operation that isn’t upfront with customers, makes a so/so product on the cheap. In the end it might all work out but you likely will be waiting a lot longer than you are told and will need some type of alteration. But hey they are cheap if you don’t mind the hassle.

Waiting a While For My Seats, I Sent In A Very Difficult Pattern and it Took Longer Than Expected. All in All They Honored The Deal And I Got My Beautiful Covers Plus Credit On A Set For My Father's Car. Be Patient, Communication Is Hit And Miss Some Day But The End Products Were Well Worth It!!! My Pattern Would've Been 4k Locally, $750 and A Little Waiting? I'd Do It Again With Out A Doubt.

I have heard some negative stuff about lseat but this is what I know that is true. Some say their reviews are computer generated - I say they have no need to do this, this is my second order of seats and they come like they just come out of the factory. New plastic clips like factory to hold down seat bottoms (where hog rings are not used). My seats both times absolutely beautiful. Inexpensive hides that I ordered to match for my door skins. I heard they were in bankruptcy (according to one claim) My seats arrived today. Someone said they went to the address and it is only a post office station- yes I knew they send the seats somewhere else- that's ok with me. Their communication is poor- yes English isn't their first language and I don't think they know how to deal with angry posts and you have to be patient for your seats. They promised me a discount because they didn't have my pattern and it took much longer and the price went up in the mean time. They honored my original deal. I would wait anytime for their seats. I am tired of putting up 50% for local seats and after 6 months begging the local company to do a good job and they already have half my money and is spent so they don't care. I wouldn't have seats made anywhere else,I couldn't find that price anywhere else either. Vern from Edmonton AB. Canada

Great value! Quality leather and perfect fit. We will continue to use LSEAT whenever we replace the seats in our older cars. Once the wrinkles disappear, you will be very pleased.
