Sent L seat my Seat Covers from my second and third row to have new custom leather covers made. They came out amazing!! I will say it did take a while and I was getting worried after seeing other reviews, but it was worth the wait and my Jeep looks great! Horrible seat covers and customer service
I ordered front and back cover seats for my Volvo V70 from LSeats.com. They did not fit AT ALL. There were holes were there shouldn't be, the covers covered compartments and lumbar controls, and were either too large or too small in other places. I sent TONS of photos to LSeats demonstrating how their covers were nothing like the original seats' covers. They rejected my request for a refund. Their only solution was for me to pay someone to remove my original seat covers, send the originals to them, so that they have the correct dimensions and then would be in a position to make the correct seat covers. This would mean I would be out of pocket at least a couple of hundred of dollars, and not have a car with seats for a few weeks. I don't know what is worse - their seat covers or their customer service.

Delay was expected, but the product was excellent
I purchased a front seat replacement for my 1993 Jaguar XJS. Though there was a delay with the shipping, due to Covid-19, I expected it. EVEN WITH THE DELAY, THEY ARRIVED WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME AND THE PRODUCT WAS AWESOME. When it arrived, I was surprised to see the product was virtually a duplicate of the original skins, right down to the stitching. The quality of the leather was excellent, and the color was really close to the dash and door cards. They even added the center armrest leather. I purchased the hog nosed pliers and did the work myself. This is a car I am RESELLING. It is important the quality of the replacement skins match the original and not take away from the selling price. THESE ARE EXCELLENT, AND INSTALLED CORRECTLY, THEY ARE HARD TO TELL THAT WORK WAS DONE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. THEY SHIP AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE AND OFFER AN EXCELLENT PRODUCT. I saved 1500.00 over having the interior done professionally.

I'd DEFINITELY buy them again but there are important things to know before you buy
I REALLY wanted to give these 5 stars! They're ABSOLUTELY worth the price, but their inexpensive cost comes at other costs.
These were for my '86 Jaguar XJ6, including both front seats with headrests and the rear bench seat. The leather looks and feels nice enough and they were basically well sewn. I covered the rear bench seat, front headrests, and the bottoms of the front seats myself since they were pretty straight forward and I have some experience reupholstering cars. The seatbacks of the front seats of these Jags are a little complicated so I had them put on by a local shop that's been doing high-end interiors for over 40 years. It took some time for me to get them right because of the way they're constructed--they're ALL leather--and although you'd think that's a positive, it causes problems with flexibility and fit (the originals had thin material sections they wrap around to attach them to the frames but even these sections are leather, making fitment very difficult). The pro who did the front seatbacks said the same thing and also said the leather is very stiff, making it even more difficult (although I know he's used to using covers that are FAR more expensive, using the best leathers and construction methods available).
But the biggest issue the shop and I both had was that when they're made, they're apparently marked on the backside of the leather with some kind of marker. When you use a heat gun to remove wrinkles--a standard practice used by every shop--these markings start to show through to the front side of the seats and they do not fade away over time. Luckily for me I noticed it happening in an inconspicuous spot and stopped before it got worse, then warned the shop about it although it also happened to them on one spot. So be very careful if using heat! My seats are a medium blue (the site calls the color Navy Blue) and this may only be an issue with certain colors, or maybe it was just a fluke since I haven't read of anyone else having this issue.
As many others have said, communication could be better and if I hadn't read that from others before ordering I may have been concerned, but I did get responses through email even if they lacked detail.
But overall these are without a doubt worth the money when comparing the $700 I paid (plus $200 I paid the shop to cover the front seatbacks) to the $4,000 cost of them from a Jag restoration shop--not including installation.

I had a very positive experience with lseat. Workmanship and quality are excellent. I have owned a 1968 Cadillac DeVille convertible for 25 years and am excited to install my fresh new lseats. The old seats are very dry ,the new seats are very supple;I wanted OEM style they duplicated this. Thank you Chris, Auburn,WA 08/22/20
