Kelley S.
I am out 850$ and have no seat covers.
I ordered seats in January of 22 for a BMW M3. They sent the seats in two weeks and when I went to install them, they used trim material that was wrong and could not be installed well as a few other errors. I sent them an e-mail and they said send them back and they would rework them. (my expense) Then they ghosted me...... visa can't help since its past 60 days. I am trying to find their address to pay them a personal visit. Please advise if anyone knows. All I can find is a p o box that I sent the seat covers back to. I filed a complaint with the state of Texas. It is now October...... car has been sitting without seats and I am ordering from a different vendor. Info from the Better Business Bureau....... Please read and notice BBB can also not fined their physical location. They have an F rating. A quote from BBB... Beginning in December 2018 to date, the BBB of Houston & South Texas has received numerous complaints and customer review on LSeat that exhibit the following pattern; It has been alleged by consumer complaint and customer reviews, LSeat does not send consumers the correct item ordered. Consumer complaints stated they are directed to return the incorrect item to LSeat at their expense. When the item(s) is returned, the correct order is not sent to them. Consumers allege, LSeat accepted payments for orders, but the products were not sent or received. Many consumers stated that LSeat stopped responding to request for updates on orders and refunds. I will follow up with a post in the near future on North American Motoring with the exchanged e-mails and link that here. I will also including photos of the problems. I too had ordered from them in the past and got lucky. This time they just took my money.
