It’s a scam
It’s a scam. I got to know their website through instagram AD. I seemed a good thing at first because I was asked all the questions about my skin and products. The annual subscription I was offered was 0,18€ but the amount I was charged was 64.99€. I didn’t receive any mail of confirmation. And nothing so please don’t trust this website or app. Stay away from it please Edited version I’ve contacted your customer care but there’s no response

Hello again! It seems that we have probably solved the problem you've been referring to, and as a token of gratitude for your feedback and collaboration, we offered you a promo code for our app. Could you please check if all of that is correct? As it's hard for us to be 100% confident if we properly matched your review with the data from our support system. If anything is still unresolved, please let us know at [email protected]. Otherwise, thank you so much for highlighting the issue, such feedback is one of the most important things that helps us in making the product better! Thanks, Alexey and the Lovi team
