The idea and concept is very good, however the app itself needs to be reviewed and corrected. Has a lot of bugs and sometimes closes itself or updates the page during loading and does not show any result.
Response from LoviJan 28, 2026
Hi, We really appreciate you calling out both the idea behind the app and the issues you ran into! What you’re describing isn’t something we want anyone to experience, and it’s important for us to understand exactly where things broke down. We’d love to learn a bit more details to investigate and fix them internally. Our management team will reach out to you today to follow up directly, look into what happened, and make sure this gets the attention it deserves 💜️ Margarita and the Lovi Team.

I have emailed 4 times asking for my subscription to be cancelled and refunded as per their instructions and have not even heard back. I very much suspect this company is a scam and should be avoided completely. I have a large Instagram following that will be hearing about this awful experience.
Response from LoviJan 28, 2026
We're really sorry to hear about this experience — that's absolutely not the standard we aim for. To resolve this as quickly as possible, we requested your details via Trustpilot, but unfortunately, we didn't receive any identifying information. We also searched our app and subscription systems and couldn't find an account or any recent support requests matching your message, so at the moment we're unable to locate your case or help you directly. If you still need assistance, please email us at [email protected] with the email you used to sign up (or any receipt/subscription confirmation), and we'll personally investigate and resolve it as soon as possible. Thank you, Alexey and the Lovi Team 💜️
