We're sorry to hear the products have been tricky to track down in your area, that's a real barrier if you can't actually get your hands on what's being recommended. We like that you're planning to give it another month or two, as the skin (and finding the right products) really does take a bit of time, so I think that's a smart call. In the meantime, if you let us know your area, we might be able to point you toward where to find some of the recommended products, or suggest alternatives that are easier to get where you are. Hi, Thank you for such a thoughtful, detailed review. This genuinely useful feedback is worth so much more to us than a quick star rating, so we really appreciate the time you put into it. Really glad to hear the product breakdowns, the scan feature, and the routine ordering are working well for you. Those are features we care a lot about getting right, so it's great they're landing. The two issues you raised are completely fair, though, and we want to be upfront rather than brush past them. Not being able to add a scanned product into your actual routine is a real limitation. We can see exactly why that feels like it defeats the purpose when you've already found something that scans as a close match. And the gap you noticed between a 70-75% match being recommended while a 90-97% match turns up later is a legitimate question about how the matching is working, you shouldn't have to go digging for the better option yourself. We don't want to promise a fix we can't guarantee, but we do want to make sure this actually reaches the team working on the recommendation logic and the routine customization, because both points you raised are exactly the kind of thing that should shape what we build next.
