A little on the expensive side
A little on the expensive side. Of course your prices are about like the retail prices in stores (my opinion, only). I’m not a big shopping person. I’ve only been in a few retail stores.

Engraving on tags disappearing
I purchased 2 tags for my pets, they are very cute, however; one of my tags is showing signs of worn out, some of the engraving is disappearing.

Hi Terrie, Thank you for your feedback. We emailed you in October to help resolve your issue but have not heard back. We are glad you feel the tags are cute but we were unhappy to hear you feel one one of your tags the engraving wore down. Customer Service and Product Quality are very important to us. We would love if you will send us a photo of the tag where it has rubbed down. This company has a very bad service…
This company has a very bad service they would not send out my order because a 3rd party would not print a label . I have lived here for more then 3years and never had any problems with mail,ups,fedex,dsl ,

Hi Audrey, Again, we are sorry you experienced this issue with one of our pet products providers not being able to find your address in their label printing machine. We apologize to you for the hassle you went through trying to confirm your address where you receive goods all the time. We have never had this occur before and they should have found a way to get the order to you. We have discussed the issue with the provider to ensure it does not happen in the future. Only problem I have is breaking below…
Only problem I have is breaking below the clasp (part that hooks on the collar). I don’ Know how they do it but that’s where they all break. Lovey has a broken one now.
