Hi Dawnna, We are sorry you did not receive our email on July 26th letting you know that your tag order was returned to us with an "address undeliverable". We included a photo of the returned letter in our email. We were hoping to get an updated address from you so we could get your tags delivered to you quickly. We have reached out 2 more times via email but have not heard back from you. We would still love to get you your tags but don't want to send them again to undeliverable address. Hi Terrie, Thank you for your feedback. We emailed you in October to help resolve your issue but have not heard back. We are glad you feel the tags are cute but we were unhappy to hear you feel one one of your tags the engraving wore down. Customer Service and Product Quality are very important to us. We would love if you will send us a photo of the tag where it has rubbed down.
