Love The PainReviews of lovethepain.com

I spent more than 500 USD in 2020 for a triathlon suit and I have not received the suit or an explanation of when I should expect to receive the suit. I wrote in April 2020 and July 2021 and I have not received a response!

Fight shorts were everything and more, hope to see more of em.

Superb service with a complex request from my side as an overseas customer. Diligent, professional and effective- this is what customer service should always be! Kudos to the Love the Pain team, well done guys!

DO NOT order from love the pain!!! I know there stuff is cool, but quality is incredibly poor and "customer service" is truly horrific. Save yourself some grief and put your money into a reputable company.

These are my favorite bibs! The fit and quality are amazing. I prefer them over my Rapha bibs and the designs are fun. They are also very responsive, since the products are made to order you have to account for production time. They were very friendly with answering all my follow up questions.

I’m very impressed with Love the Pain. I am looking at doing custom stuff for a team and was sent a demo kit to test out. Material on the jersey and bibs are incredible and super sleek. I also love how everything is made right in LA so the owner is able to design something and send it out basically next day.

Fantastic gear, even better customer service. Instant responses, great staff. Won’t wear anything else.

I never received my Order (over 300$) that i placed in december 2020. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! Update: on 08/06/2021 i got a message that my order was lost and would be shipped soon. That was again nearly 3 months ago… no Information what „soon“ is and again no answer at all if you try to get Information over their Chat. Now it‘s been 10 months in total.
