Have ordered many times from LoveScotch. The last 3 orders have been significantly delayed - on average 2-3 weeks. The last was shipped 17 days after the order was placed and only after I complained. One order was confirmed, only to have it changed by them because one bottle not in stock. They are very quick to charge your card, but shipping is ridiculously late. I love their selection, but not their service. I'll never order from them again.

This order took a little longer to fulfill than some orders. But, I never had to worry or ask for an update. Lovescotch kept me updated along the way. Always a great customer experience! John

The ordering and shipping process was very smooth...and with the pre order that I did, numerous follow up emails keeping me in the know of what was happening was very helpful.

Ordered 3 bottles May 6. Only received a notification a week later saying they were still working on my order. Here we are almost a month later and still no product or communication. This will be my last order . Hopefully I'll actually receive it!
