I got my ring and it was awesome looking, my girl was sooo happy she got teary eyed over it ,it look fantastic on her finger ,I never thought it would go over as well as it did It made her and my night and it couldn’t have happened without the help of love &crafted team You are all awesome for helping me with such a beautiful ring I wish i could post a picture of the ring on her finger to show how beautiful it was

When I placed an order I had a problem checking out, the software would not accept my zipcode so I sent an e-mail to customer support asking for assistance. My email was answered by Valerie who guided me and advised me and worked behind the scenes to facilitate my purchase. Valerie was very helpful, nothing was too much trouble and she was very professional and her customer service skills were exemplary and I really appreciate her help and I would definitely purchase from Love & Crafted in the future. Definitely a 5 star experience even with the problems I encountered !
