Ordered the thick and thin ring for my fiance as a xmas present. My first surprise was that it was being delivered from China, luckily I ordered with enough time to get it before Xmas. Once it got here I noticed how cheap and bendable the ring was but the real kicker was when my fiance wore it her finger turned green confirming that it really is a cheap bit of kit. If you are looking for a ring I eould go to a high street jewelers as even if you pay a tenner more at least it will last s bit longer and not leave you with green fingers. Update: after my review love and crafted got back to me and offered to send a sterling silver thick and thin ring plus some extra bits, the new ring seems to be of better quality although haven't tried the necklace they sent. I can't see the silver one on their website yet so don't know if it is one you can normally get. This is a mixed bag for me as while the second ring was of better quality and I would have left a good review if this was the first one sent out I do have to take points off for the fact that I only got it after leaving a bad review and being asked to remove the original review in exchange for it, this makes me dubious of some of the reviews on here and have decided to update this review while leaving the original part so that people can make an informed decision going forward.

The Hug necklace is beautiful and my wife loves it. BUT it did not arrive in time for Christmas which was disappointing as there was plenty of time for it to be delivered. It is also not mentioned at all that the item will be sent from China! It took nearly a month but it was finally delivered on January 5th 2023. A great present, but be prepared for a long delay before you receive it.

UPDATE 2: Thought update again today, my parcel finally arrived to day. Packaging was splendid and looks great but personally the item is over priced for what it is which is a shame. I paid for the priority option as well which is something I wouldn't bother with. Order was placed on the 18th and wasn't collected till the 29th such a shame. Hopefully the company will be more transparent on shipping in the future, for myself I won't be wasting my money again. I will update my review once or if I ever receive the product from them, just to warn people in advance. The site is based in the USA and gave me the illusion that's where my product is coming from and when you look at their shipping times that also adds to this. I paid for priority so I was hoping to get this for Xmas, the tracking details and delivery company are both based in China, so I won't get this for Xmas. The company needs to be honest where these products are shipping from and they are not made in America if shipping from China. UPDATE Two things and first is love&crafted had the cheek to ask me what I thought of there item (which I still don't have!! Chinese shipping is slow) and also love&crafted I replied to you requesting a review and said you need to make sure people know where items are shipping from and second they asked trust pilot to remove my review unless I supplied the information they required to keep it up. Trustpilot have been forwarded my order details.

I ordered 2 rings for my sister on 11/20/22, one was for her b-day on the 23rd of Dec. which I shipped directly to her and the other for x-mas the 25th, which I shipped directly to me. I had the hug ring engraved and when checking out I made a typo, so yes, bad on my part!!! I found it on 12/5 and corrected the error and was told they would send a new ring to her, and I did get the confirmation email on 12/10 they were shipping it. As of the 19th it still shows sitting in New York??? Why??? I'm not getting updates, and her birthday is this week!!!! The other was the guardian wing ring and I shipped it to me directly. I received it quickly and have shipped it to her and she has received that one. The ring was gorgeous and I am very happy with it, however, I'm not very happy with no updates on the hug ring and showing it still sitting in NY since the 10th...sure it was my fault from the beginning, but I did correct it early enough to have it to her in time and no replies or updates...this could be better.

We were sent a cheap knock-off first time around and the silver disappeared with two weeks of wearing it. We made a complaint and received a new one and it is an entirely different ring; far better quality! It seems quality control is an issue but they did replace it.
