Ordered the hug necklace for my wife. She loves it glad to support a local small business

I ordered the hug ring for my daughter. The first shipment got lost and Love&Crafted immediately responded to me and sent out a replacement. My daughter received the gift yesterday and loved it!! Thank you for being a quality, customer service oriented, personal touch company!

Back in December, to spice up my spousal gifts, I ordered 2 of the Hug rings. Although they took awhile to arrive because of the COVID-Trucking issues, we were very pleased with the rings. Then, after about 3 weeks, we can to notice slight changes in the surface coloring. Earlier this week, I decided to contact Love&Crafted to enquire as to what might be causing this discolouration. Within hours, there was a response from L&C. I learned that the rings were not supposed to come in contact with water. I was stunned. How could one wear a ring and not have it come in contact with water, especially during COVID-19 protocols? So I learned that these rings really should be worn only for special occasions because I cannot see going through my day with no water getting to my hands. The alternative would be to take it off whenever washing my hands. (As if THAT is going to happen!!! Ha! Ha!!) So now comes the really good news. Love&Crafted responded within hours, offering to replace our rings free of charge. I have to say I was both stunned and impressed. When our new rings arrive, we will make sure that we wear them only on special occasions; and if we have to wash our hands, we will remove the rings. A gentle suggestion to Love&Crafted would be to highlight that issue on the website. Best regards
