The quality of the ring I purchased is excellent. It was shipped promptly and arrived as expected. Customer service was excellent. I’d absolutely shop with them again.

I ordered 2 rings for my sister on 11/20/22, one was for her b-day on the 23rd of Dec. which I shipped directly to her and the other for x-mas the 25th, which I shipped directly to me. I had the hug ring engraved and when checking out I made a typo, so yes, bad on my part!!! I found it on 12/5 and corrected the error and was told they would send a new ring to her, and I did get the confirmation email on 12/10 they were shipping it. As of the 19th it still shows sitting in New York??? Why??? I'm not getting updates, and her birthday is this week!!!! The other was the guardian wing ring and I shipped it to me directly. I received it quickly and have shipped it to her and she has received that one. The ring was gorgeous and I am very happy with it, however, I'm not very happy with no updates on the hug ring and showing it still sitting in NY since the 10th...sure it was my fault from the beginning, but I did correct it early enough to have it to her in time and no replies or updates...this could be better.

My dad bought me a ring from here for my birthday. There were some package delays that were out of their control, but they were so kind and gave him a discount for the late package. The ring is beautiful and well made, definitely recommend.

The “silver” highs and lows ring is made from silver coloured plastic - massive misrepresentation. It’s not worth £5, let alone £75!

I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the jewelry I ordered from Love & Crafted. The two pieces of jewlery I ordered, the ups & downs ring and the silver couple hugging necklace, are more beautiful in person than in the pics. What made it even more special was that each piece of jewelry came in a fancy velvet pouch. I would highly recommend Love & Crafted.
