The product is excellent quality. My partner absolutely loved it as it is very unusual. The customer service is excellent and respond extremely quickly to any queries you have. I would highly recommend this product and will definately not hesitate to use the company again.

Ordered in November and still not delivered, customer service just give excuses and false promises. Requested a refund in several occasions which has been ignored. Never again!!

This was my first but not my last purchase from " LOVE & CRAFTED".I bought the "HUG RING" for my girlfriend as a Christmas gift.The transaction was quick & easy as well as the shipping & delivery.It came in a soft velour pouch & was every bit as beautiful as advertised.Needless to say,she was thrilled & said that she will never take it off.So in closing If you guys out there want to score points with your lady then I suggest you place your order ASAP while they're still available.

UPDATE 2: Thought update again today, my parcel finally arrived to day. Packaging was splendid and looks great but personally the item is over priced for what it is which is a shame. I paid for the priority option as well which is something I wouldn't bother with. Order was placed on the 18th and wasn't collected till the 29th such a shame. Hopefully the company will be more transparent on shipping in the future, for myself I won't be wasting my money again. I will update my review once or if I ever receive the product from them, just to warn people in advance. The site is based in the USA and gave me the illusion that's where my product is coming from and when you look at their shipping times that also adds to this. I paid for priority so I was hoping to get this for Xmas, the tracking details and delivery company are both based in China, so I won't get this for Xmas. The company needs to be honest where these products are shipping from and they are not made in America if shipping from China. UPDATE Two things and first is love&crafted had the cheek to ask me what I thought of there item (which I still don't have!! Chinese shipping is slow) and also love&crafted I replied to you requesting a review and said you need to make sure people know where items are shipping from and second they asked trust pilot to remove my review unless I supplied the information they required to keep it up. Trustpilot have been forwarded my order details.

I make place an order on Dec18, 2022 (order#169101) and paid additional for express shipping, I got a confirmation email on Dec 19, 2022 with shipping details, and untill today dec 22, 2022 the shipping tracking shows the package at their shop. I tried to call them but they have redirected the phones to automatic voicemail saying to send email, I have sent 2 emails, NO RESPONSE. Stay away from these guys. 1st UPDATE: On December 23rd I received the below, ++++We apologize for the delay and appreciate your patience. Due to a large increase of orders, we are experiencing packing delays. Our team is working super hard to get your orders out as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience. ❤️ According to the tracking, your order is expected to be delivered on Tuesday, December 27th. Keep an eye on the tracking link below:++++ But Offcourse this dont work for me as it was a present of my litle son to his mother for Christmas. Please contact our customer service within one hour of placing the order so we can try to help rectify the issue for you.”” and again, according to your Shipping Policy “” Shipping time US: 2-5 business days.”” Therefore, according to your Shipping Policy the shipment should have been received on time for Christmas but it is not. So it is verified thatb these guys are tricky and still remain to my 1st suggestion STAY AWAY.

Love & crafted is definitely a good company! I ordered the hug necklace got it in a few days and it was beautiful my girlfriend loved it and when she's happy so am I 😍
