The items are beautiful and great quality I just wish they would make them for woman with thicker wrists

Very pretty jewelry for a cheap price. My family thought they were real diamonds! The downside was my finger turning green from one of the rings, and since it ships from China it takes a while to arrive. Update: The company reached out to me to send me a new ring, and it arrived within a few weeks.

I placed my order December 10, expecting these to be Christmas gifts for a few friends. Nowhere on the website is there an indication the merchandise come comes from China, Yiwu to be exact! Here I am 17 days later, with nothing in hand. While customer service is very nice, they are unable to give information regarding the shipping. I have a shipping tracking number from New Jersey, the label was created 12/10. I will check back in if I receive the order. Today January 4,2025 I received the order, I just wanted to acknowledge I received the order. I cannot judge the quality since I have not had a chance to wear it. Not all the pieces look as described. I don’t even want to go through the hassle of returning some of it.

I just want to warn other potential buyers that this is a china based company so it will take a long time to receive. I ordered the teardrop earrings on 11/11 and they have only despatched today 17/11 goodness knows how long it will take for them to reach me in the UK. They were for an event on 7/12 and I had hoped ordering them nearly a month in advance would give me enough time to receive them. I didn’t realise they were china based, it doesn’t state that anywhere. I’m doubtful they will now arrive in time. Also then the returns policy is useless, you will never be bothered with postage costs and hassle to return to china. I keep telling myself I won’t order stuff off facebook any more but the reviews looked good. I’m quite disappointed, I’m only giving 2 stars because I haven’t received the items yet to review them. Edit: so these have arrived on 28/11. This was a pleasant surprise as wasn’t expecting them so soon. They have arrived in a nice box with separate drawstring bags for each set (I paid for 1 pair and got 2 free). They are alright looking, I have no idea what the original bottega earrings look like tbh but these are fine. I put them on and quite like the look. The posts aren’t steel which my ears couldn’t cope with, they look coated in whatever the earrings are coated in. I have not worn them for any length of time to be able to ascertain if my ears will react. They aren’t terribly heavy which is good. Overall I’m happy enough with them. However I still think that the company should make delivery/despatch times more obvious at time of purchase. Adding in a star
