I was skeptical because most waterproof blankets I’ve tried haven’t worked so well however I’m a true believer now. This blanket is soft and fuzzy but also works AMAZING ! Worth the purchase for sure !

Don't waste your money. Fraud alert
It's been two months and blanket still has not arrived. Credit card was charged the day the order was made. Customer service was useless. Multiple inquiries as to the status of the order were met with essentially, "sorry, we will look into this matter" with no resolution. Total scam or worst customer service ever. I've reported them to Facebook fraud team.

Hello Edwin, We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand how frustrating this must be. Waiting over two months without a resolution is absolutely not acceptable, and we take this very seriously. This is not the level of service we strive to provide, and we want to make things right immediately. Please email us directly at [email protected] with your full name and order number so we can escalate your case internally, whether that means reshipping your order or issuing a full refund. Also, just to clarify: we’ve unfortunately seen an increase in copycat websites using names similar to ours, which has caused confusion and led to negative experiences that were not connected to our official store. Please double-check that your order was placed at www.love-blanket.com. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. We’re committed to resolving this properly. Your LoveBlanket™ Team
