I absolutely love the blanket itself. I am really disappointed with the company/customer service. I realized right after I ordered that one of the items I ordered wasn't quite suited for my needs. I reached out immediately and still (two weeks later, which is how long it took to receive my order) haven't heard back.

We did like the softness and waterproof protection. However, the size we ordered was a "king size" and although it might be the company's "king size" it's far from fitting a king size bed. It fits a queen size mattress top surface area only with no extra to tuck under the mattress. We move around a lot and we were constantly repositioning the blanket under us. Maybe built in elastic straps would be helpful.

I love the concept but it takes forever to dry! We are going back to using towels since it’s easier to wash and dry them.

Not absorbent enough for us & needs to be made of a different material other than polyester as my partner has huge issues with polyester, so maybe you could find a different material to use as an alternative to the polyester ones

Love the packaging, and the blankets are super soft and do the job that they are tasked to do. However, they take forever to dry after washing and placing in the dryer! Put both of ours in for over an hour and they were still damp...guess they hold the moisture too well.

The "king" blanket won't even cover a single. It's more the size of a lap blanket or small throw. No where near a king, and no where near big enough.

The blanket is nice and waterproof, but I wish it did not shed. Also, the process from ordering to arrival was weird and took a long time.
