My blanket arrived, direct from the factory in China, in a cheap plastic vacuum bag, like most stuff from Ikea. It has absolutely zero branding, packaging, not even a label or care/washing instructions. It really seems like they just want to sell you on this luxury brand and premium/luxury blanket, but then send you a blanket as cheaply as they can, direct from a factory in China. Honestly, I have had stuff from Temu and Alibaba that has arrived with a more premium/luxury appearance than this... Super disappointed.

I like the blanket, it seems to be what is advertised so far. However, your shipping is terrible. The shipping I checked out with was for 2 to 8 days. That was as far from the truth as could be. It took you 8 days just to make a shipping label and almost a month to receive the product. I actually emailed this company just to get the package shipped!

Weeks delay in shipping should have been disclosed. They never shipped until I started grouching. Not good CS. The large size blanket has a different back side than the XL blanket. The grey L seems much better and doesn't slide around and bunch up like the black XL blanket. I never received the advertised free book or whatever it was.

This product and company feels super scammy. Ordered the blanket, no branding or labels. Fabric feels extremely cheap, uncomfortable, and is really stinky. Maybe it works for its advertised purpose, but it’s just too disgusting to actually use on a regular basis. Contacted the company several times and all contact has gone completely unanswered. At this point I feel like I massively overpaid for a terrible blanket that gets hot really quickly and smells nasty. Buyer beware.
