Terrible customer service and a scam. Placed an order on June 20th amd on June 24th received an email notice from USPS with a comment of waiting on shipping label . Weeks passed same update from 24th . Month passed sent email to customer service multie times with no response. Then received an email to review and rate my purchase. I replied back that i would if i had received. Had a return email assurong me itnhad shipped and would be arriving in 5 to 8 business days but usps site never updated. In september after still not receiving i contacted again and asked for refund. Had a response back that they would start the refund. Here we are October 11th and no product and no refund either. Buyer beware

Ordered a blanket and books. Got blanket, no books. Books are supposed to be ebooks, easy to send. Received no response, despite contacting them several times, but was sent a random pdf book twice. I don't think these are real people here, this is a front. The phone number is not a company number.

Waited forever for a person to reply to my email about when it was going to ship. Even contacted PayPal about this company. The blanket is soft but, the quality is not there. Washed it once and its already falling apart. I bought another one from Amazon while waiting on this slow boat from China to show up. The one from Amazon was cheaper and way better quality.

This is clearly a scam, paid for item with express shipping on 2nd Aug and no item arrived and no correspondence with a delivery date. Not replying to emails. DO NOT BUY from this company. I am having to now pursue a refund from my credit card provider as the company isn’t responding.

Terrible. Cheap and badly made products, awful returns process. I honestly feel like they are writing me bad emails back on purpose asking me to do different things promising they’ll help me return. First they want photos. I send them photos, they say they can’t see the photos, I send them photos again. Now they want a video. I sent them a video, they say there isn’t a video, when there clearly is one from my sent folder. I have now sent them the video again. Absolutely trash company and product. Avoid!

Arrived with three rips in packaging exposing the blanket. Repeated requests for a full refund have not been satisfactorily responded to. I am still awaiting a resolution very disappointing

Ordered a blanket on 2/22/26. After numerous emails and a request to cancel and refund my order on 3/5, they finally shipped it that day. Instead of canceling as requested, they shipped it and told me to mail it back once I received it. This would have cost another $10-15.00 and my time. The blanket is identical to one I bought on Amazon for $30.00. It also had a horrible smell as if it had been in storage or possibly used. Save yourself the time and money. Shop for waterproof dog blankets on Amazon. They work great and will save you a lot of cash and headache.

I ordered one on December 29th (today is March 9) and still have not received it. The company continues to lie to me and will not speak to me live. Don't make my mistake. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT.
