My order was never fulfilled. Customer service stopped replying to my emails asking for updates after one response. The delivery website says it is waiting for the package to be “dropped off by sender”, so it is clearly an issue of LouSquare’s side. The lack of customer service has me worried that the entire website is a scam. Do not trust this site. UPDATE: despite Lou Square’s response here, I have still not heard from them in 3 weeks. After a quick google search, I discovered that they actually put their office in Brickell up for sale onJanuary 9 2024, meaning that they probably plan on taking more orders with no intention of fulfilling them. Again, do NOT use this site, it is a scam.

READ IF SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF MIAMI! I placed an order from Lou Square due to their Meta-Advertised “fastest delivery” of 1-3 business days. My order was placed on 12/17/23. It is now Monday, 1/8/2024 (14 business days if you remove the holiday) with no package and no update on what is going on. **UPDATE - Lou Square responded with a complete lie to this review as I have contacted them over 15 times via Messenger, phone calls (never answered), their Contact Us form, email, WhatsApp, etc. Multiple photos of this were included as well in my Google Review on 12/29/2023 if you would like further verification. They did NOT send my order out the day it was placed (12/17/2023), they ordered the shipping label from Sendle on 12/21/2023 and then never delivered the package to the shipping company. I don’t know how much more proof you need to avoid this company at all costs. They use a shipping company called Sendle which is useless, offers NO support other than a FAQ page, which gives you instructions on how to launch an investigation… but their instructions tell you to go places in the “dashboard” that don’t exist - making it essentially impossible. *UPDATE* Only the sender can launch an investigation. You have NO recourse as a receiver. I have requested a refund on multiple occasions from Lou Square which has been ignored each time, and also seems to be the only way to get a response out of this company. I have no idea how they are for Miami residents, but as a Central Florida Resident or ANYONE shipping their product outside of Miami…RUN!

I’m very disappointed, I placed an order in December 20th 2023 around 5pm and while I write this I yet to receive my package, contacted sendle and they telling me to contact the sender due to them not seeing nothing on their system, I contacted lon square and they haven’t responded back to me, yet they said it would take 1-3 business days, I know we’re on the holidays but sendle advice me today that they are back and running. I’m just disappointed to know when I’ll be getting my package

No notification of delivery. Bad communication when questioned where delivery is. Quick enough to take your money then bombard you with a load of pointless emails yet cant tell you about your order. Will be seeking a refund. They say their service is to take away the hassle of going to a shop whereas in reality dealing with this has been much more hassle. Very dissapointed and over $150 out of pocket

The package was sent using “sendle saver” Tracking# SVXTNDM I was notified of the package being delivered, but when I got home 2hours later and there was no package. I am unable to enjoy your product if the delivery doesn’t show up.

You're website says delivery within 1-3 business days, and I ordered my package on the 4th of this month, and "sendle" is saying it won't be here until the 14th or the 15th. That isn't 1-3 days. Was expecting it today. Now I have to wait a week and a half to get something I ordered for the next couple days.

I didn't receive all of the order I paid for.

Put in a order 10/11/23 have not received it
