The service was great but my vape tasted burnt and old. It does not taste like bubblegum at all and I'm very disappointed.

Slow,slow,slow. It took a month for my order to arrive. It was supposed to be 4 days. Sent messages and was given rude responses.

Horrible shipping time. Says 5-6 days to ship. My first order took 3.5 weeks to ship and close to 4 weeks to receive from order date. Thought it was a fluke and gave LouSquare another chance My second order was placed January 3, 2025. Today is January 27, 2025 and my order has not even been shipped yet!!!?!? If you can wait a month from order to receiving your product: this is the right place for you.

I placed my order on 01/01 and paid extra for 4 day guaranteed shipping. As of 01/18 I still have not received my order. I have reached out to customer support several times. My order wasn’t actually shipped until 01/14. Very disappointed.

I ordered on January 3, and it’s now January 18. I have still not received my order. I emailed you, but got no response. I spent nearly $200 and received AWFUL service. Now I see my order should arrive January 21, 18 days after ordering. I am a two hour drive from Miami, and I don’t understand why it has taken this long, and why no one from your company responded to my email.

Ordered on the 4th it’s the 14th still no vapes
