Awful scam company I cancelled my order and they took my money. They won't give it back, they won't cancel my order, they block you on all social media so you can't give bad reviews. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!

I measured my finger four times and my actual ring I'm wearing and what I received according to their chart was way off. Now I'm playing email tag trying to return this. They deceive you that this is a US based company, then you wait forever for the ring to come and longer to return. You have to have "authorization" and instead I get random emails back. This was supposed to be an anniversary present but that ship has sailed. The box came from california but you have to send it back to china. I'm sure thats going to be a fortune. I'm thinking that their reviews are fake as well after realizing the grammar is off. Steer clear. Jeuila at least has free services and appears to be US based. Fingers crossed.

This company is refusing to refund my money. I didn't like the ring and now that I am requesting a refund and return, my messages are not being answered. Anyone know how to file a complaint and get a refund. I will tell anyone not to purchase not one thing from this company.

Terrible company and customer service. Order two months ago, still not get my item. Totally a Scam! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
