Buyer Beware
Purchased a ring in my regular size. It didn’t fit over my knuckle. I wanted to exchange for a larger size BEFORE I was put thru hell sending pictures back and forth for over a week and STILL no approval for exchange. At this point I am just trying to return. I have now contacted my credit card company to file a dispute to return and get my money back. BUYER BEWARE. I also found this website under different names such as Rodiffy Moissanite and Maxine Jewelry. The phone number provided is non working. And as you can see from the company’s reply they are making it difficult to return. Yes I ordered a size 6. However the ring doesn’t fit. How in the world am I going to show the small ENGRAVED or ETCHED ring size clearly enough without have a professional photographer take a picture? This is a tactic this company takes to make it impossible to return a product for credit. The return policy states: Return Service Procedure Please contact our service staff, and attach clear photos of the items that represent a quality issue. Please follow the instructions that are provided by our customer service team. Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of your item(s). Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 5-7 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account used during checkout. Items that are being returned should be new, and unworn. They should be kept in its original condition in which you received them in. Please contact one of our customer service representatives to request return authorization, and the return instructions. The refund will be issued to your original payment account or in the form of store credit (gift card) as you requested. NO where in the return policy does it say I need a magnifying camera lens to take a picture of an ETCHED size in the band of the ring. @@@ Full transparency. This jewelry co is doing everything possible not to send me a return request. I was asked to remove PUBLIC information from my review. Also after going back and forth for over a week they wanted to know my full name and order number within three days or this Trust Piolet review will be considered false. June 16 2026. Never heard back from Louilyjewelry after sending additional photos of the inside etching. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Bottom line this jewelry company is trying to run out the 30 day return window so I can no longer return the ring Buyer beware this is the worst company I have ever dealt with they have stopped answering emails. The phone number they have posted on their website is fake.
