Beautiful design … looks just like the advertisement.

Beautiful ring, arrived quickly!

I've purchased jewelry from them a few times now, and the quality has always been great. People compliment my rings all of the time. My most recent purchase unfortunately has a shipping issue, and when I reached out to Louily, they sent me a new one right away.

I’ve purchased from this place a couple of times now, and every experience has been fantastic. Most recently, I bought a travel ring because I prefer not to travel with my actual wedding ring — and I’m so impressed once again! The quality is outstanding. The ring is incredibly shiny and sparkly, with a beautiful diamond look that catches the light perfectly. It honestly looks and feels like a much more expensive piece. Their prices are very reasonable for the quality you get, and the customer service has always been top-notch — friendly, responsive, and helpful. The packaging is also lovely and secure, which makes the whole experience feel extra special. I’ll definitely continue coming back for more pieces!

I absolutely love all the jewelry I’ve ever gotten from this wonderful company. They have great customer service and the Jewelry is top-notch quality. It all looks like genuine stones and genuine, gold sparkle and shine like the real thing and I would know I’m a professional Jeweler wholesale diamond dealer.

I had ordered 2 moissanite rings one an engagement and the other a jacket I didnt realize I should've ordered the jacket half a size bigger, I ordered both 8.5. I can't wear the rings together since the engagement won't even fit in the jacket, so I'll just wear them with different rings. My engagement ring from 10 years ago fits really loose, but it fits in the jacket and my engagement ring I'm wearing it with my first wedding band enhancer, so I just have 2 options to wear my rings now and so far I'm loving them, and they arrived pretty quickly so thank you for my rings, they are a good quality, they don't look cheap, we'll see how they do with everyday wear I hope they last and none of the diamonds fall out. So far so good 😊

Beautiful jewelry! A little mixup with my address at first but great customer service fixed the issue! Amazing store! I will order again for sure

Honestly, I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews... I live in LA and ordered 2 engagement rings, 2 wedding bands, and 1 regular ring, and they threw in an extra 'love' ring for free! From the day I placed the order to receiving it in the mail only took 5 days, which was surprisingly fast considering it came from China. Hopefully the quality of the pieces last over time, but they look beautiful so far!
