Ordered almost 1 Year ago tryed to refund it or kontakt them its a scam

Ordered an item back in April of 2021. It's June 10th as of now. No order received, no tracking number, no follow up email, no nothing. They ignore all attempts at contact (they use a form you fill out on their website and don't give out an email, presumably to avoid a paper trail, shady behavior) and just seem like a group of scammers. Never buy from these people.

I’m very disappointed. Ordered Sonic the Hedgehog plushy in February for my 6 years old son and despite information on loudpig.com that sonic plushy will be released on May this year, no shipment no money refund. The most frustrating thing they totally ignore customers inquiring about status of the order. Terrible customer service. I will contact my visa company and PayPal to try get my money back. Don’t bother to do business with them.👎

Ordered a pre-release anime plush back in Feb 2022 and order was canceled and NOT REFUNDED. Company does not respond to countless emails and FB msgs. This company is fraud. Do not order from them.

I placed an order in August of 2021 and have gotten no contact from this company. It’s a scam. I’ve try to contact them via email, Facebook, and instagram. Also they want to charge me $6.00 to cancel my order.

I preordered a plushie from them over a year ago and they continue to push the month of release back and yet I can somehow buy the plush from other websites and have even seen it in stores, but when I tried to email them about this, they have never replied. The only way I have ever gotten a reply from them was writing a negative tweet about them and they reached out within hours, but they still weren't helpful at all. Avoid this website at all costs!

I ordered 2 Nendoroids from them (they were not pre-orders) and only received one. I tried to contact them SO many times to get an update on the other one, but didn't hear anything. Their website says to contact through Facebook Messenger but when I tried to do that, I got an automated response that they're "taking a short break" and to use the Contact form on the website. I e-mailed their Support, and I even tried to DM them on Twitter. Nothing. It's been almost 3 weeks. I had to open a dispute through Sezzle to attempt to get my money back. Do NOT order from here!!

Don’t waste your time ordering from them. I’ve sent emails and everything and no response. I pre ordered the rengoku nendoroid and no update since January saying that they received it but not a single tracking information has been sent to me. I gave up so I bought it somewhere else. Save your money and try other anime store websites.
