I had some issue with a pre order I made on May for a plushie, the truth is they never respond the emails, but the best way to contact them is via messenger, that’s where the 5 star review comes. After I contact them via messenger, they helped me solve my problem, they were very polite and helpful.

I have ordered from Loudpig in three different occasions, the staff has always been very responsive, I have received my orders very quickly, and the prize was lower than in other websites. I have always ordered items in stock, but I have seen the message that they sent for someone's pre-order. I really appreciate that they state the pre-order conditions clearly and that allow for free changes within 24h (not as common as it should be). I will be definitely buying from them in the future!
