I have ordered from Loudpig in three different occasions, the staff has always been very responsive, I have received my orders very quickly, and the prize was lower than in other websites. I have always ordered items in stock, but I have seen the message that they sent for someone's pre-order. I really appreciate that they state the pre-order conditions clearly and that allow for free changes within 24h (not as common as it should be). I will be definitely buying from them in the future!

I made an order and received an item I didn't want. Customer service does not respond to emails. I tried facebook messenger after and they responded only once with a generic answer, and then never again. Total scam. Will try going through my credit card company to get my money back. Edit: I'd like to note their response to this review is not correct. They either have me mixed up with someone else or they're saving face. I would never block a company, especially one I'm in the process of doing business with. We never got that far in the dialogue to discuss a return because they didn't respond to me after sending me the wrong item. It's hilarious their PR team is faster and more present on this site than their customer service ever was for me. Maybe I should have just left a poor review to begin with if I actually wanted a response from them. So ridiculous. Just save your wallets.
