I am getting over an illness. I were in the hospital 20 days 7 I know nothing of. But I am here. I had to relearn everything. Walking, talking, bathroom etc... ok I am get better and better... I see this ad on chair yoga... I few minutes a day can do wonders. Ok it is the right speed. Everything is just right.. I use to run in the park use equipment.. run... Well this is just fine. I get a little soar sweat even.. it's just right for the cause. I am sooooooooooo happy I signed up for these classes. My body looks forward to it everyday. Thank 🙏🏽 You..Chair Yoga

Tai Chi was far better than my yoga class. But they are not in class form to continue program so I have to search each day so I can learn as a beginner more!

I would never believe that exercise this gentle and easy would make me feel so much better this soon. My shoulders and hips felt tight and were bothering me slightly…now I can actually tell those areas are moving easier!!
