I had signed up for Lotus Flow thinking…
I had signed up for Lotus Flow thinking it was Tai Chi, when I found out it was Yoga I wanted to cancel my one week subscription and receive a refund. Thank you for your prompt attention! I was prepared to wait weeks, if not days. Within hours is exceptional!

Horario para los ejercicios
Hasta ahora los ejercicios y el tiempo que duran me parecen bien. Solo quisiera saber cómo puedo cambiar la hora para realizar los ejercicios, debido a que por error mío están para realizarse en la media noche. Quisiera que me ayudaran para cambiarlos a las 20:00 hrs. Para continuar con el día 4 (cuatro). Gracias.

It’s been a long time
It’s been a long time, but today I felt I was on the track. I’m in an independent living senior community. Today, our exercise class was working on balance and stability (30 minutes). Yesterday it was water aerobics (30 minutes). Plus three days of LotusFlow. I have a long way to go, but I’m feeling good .
