Two challenges
On the second day the plan sent me to day 5 instead of day 2 and I didn't notice till the next day. Now every day it says that I have already done it but I haven't. A second challenge is that the instruction volume is too soft compared to the music volume.

No response to queries on subscription
Somehow when I signed up for this app - the email address was incorrect. When I tried to cancel the subscription the email address was not recognised and the subscription does not appear in my google pay. As I had logged out of the app I can no longer sign back in - but have now been charged twice for something I can not use. I have emailed Lotusflow several times and have had not response - what a rip off.

If I could give a zero I would
If I could give a zero I would. DO NOT ORDER THIS! I ordered the chair yoga for seniors and beginners. They sent me things that only a 20 year-old could do backflip splits all the stuff. Nothing in there for seniors or beginners. When I try to contact them, I think it was automated message just says there is no refund. I asked for them to give me what I paid for. I never got another response from them nothing. And it’s not a matter of about seven dollars. It’s the principle of the matter they didn’t even have the decency to return my email or even try to give me what I asked for. Do not get Lotus Flow.

Despite having problems finding my…
Despite having problems finding my original login email, the Lotus Flow support team did a lot of digging to find out what email I had used to originally login. They did their job slowly and meticulously, searching and digging and finally finding out the problem and helping me to solve my problem. I appreciate all their patience and help through the whole matter and they were always kind and considerate in their correspondence with me, despite my insistence that it was their problem, when it turned out, in the end, it was my fault. Support was a joy to work with.
