They say "free trial" but make you pay, then do not enable you to download the app on your iphone. Falsely advertised a tai chi walking program which is not offered; tried repeatedly to access the app - contacted customer service and reset my password at least 8x with no luck. Asked for a refund since I remained unable to download the app, which they refused. Avoid this company!!!

I know I’ve just started and I do like most. At 76yrs there are a few I find very challenging. Especially the one on my side which I have to lift my torso..I’m hopeful my arms will become stronger. I don’t mind being on the floor but I do have to go on my knees to get up! 🤣 We’ll see how I feel in a couple of weeks!
