Eh.. I couldn’t wear them all the time.. both pairs I ordered were all magnified top and bottom? Kept the sunglasses because they were not refundable. However I still have to bring regular sunglasses if I want to not be reading all the time… Super disappointed… seemed like such a good idea.

I really wanted to love these - so much so I bought 3 pairs. They are AWFUL. They are supposed to bend to fit your head....no amount of bending will make them stay on my head. They are very lightweight (cheap) compared to my Caddis. Would not recommend especially for the price. Don't waste your money.

Horrible horrible horrible. Crappy and the prescription is not right. They are cheap plastic and no one returns any messages about my request for a refund. RIP OFF

Poor customer service I bought 3 pairs of the Sullivan frames and they all broke within 6 months and the company says they stand behind the product but did nothing for me 😕. Don’t waste your money they don’t last.

Too bad they have a good website and attractive advertising. Don't try to ask them anything though. I waited on a chat for over 2 hrs. and when I called customer service its said hold for a rep and then I got a dial tone. over and over. They never answered my email question either.

I received a pair of readers in July. They were huge on my face and the strength was wrong. I immediately returned them at a local post office. It’s Sept. and I still haven’t received my refund. The number provided on the website is not a working #! There’s no way to reach a live person and it immediately hangs up on me. The packaging never said to go to the website to return and now the company says they don’t have my return! Never purchase from this company since they don’t make it as way as they claim for a refund!!!

I have purchased 6 pairs of the Cosmo glasses from Look Optic. I love the stylish look and the quality is good for $68 glasses. I recently purchased 3 replacement pairs in different colors, all with 2.0 magnification. Although the taupe colored frames had 2.0 printed on the arm, it clearly was a manufacturing defect as I couldn't see out of the lenses. I tried calling the customer service number 10 times and was disconnected every time before speaking to a live person. I finally gave up and wrote an email to customer service. My email was responded to via text, even though I asked for someone to call me. I went back and forth with a woman via text several times. She simply could not understand that it was a manufacturing issue and that I did not order the wrong magnification. Finally when I said I would like to escalate to someone else, she agreed to replace the glasses with a new pair. The company needs to fix their customer service. I will think twice before ordering another pair as it is extremely frustrating not being able speak with a live person. As an update to my written review on 8/10, I am lowering my rating from 3 stars to 1 star because the company sent me a replacement pair, however the same issue with replacement pair (no magnification). Obviously there is a manufacturing quality issue with the Cosmo Taupe 2.0 readers but for some reason customer service refuses to escalate to the quality and/or manufacturing team. I returned the second (replacement) pair and was charged a handling fee. Like I said, I have purchased and kept 5 pairs of Look Optic glasses in the past. After this recent experience with poor customer service, I will not purchase again.

Never sent item. They took my $78 and never sent anything. Called numerous times and emailed with no response. Lost my money!
