The progressives are awful. Customer service process laughable.
Response from LOOK OPTICAug 6, 2024
Hi Ann, this is the founder of LOOK. Are you sure you ordered progressives and not our traditional readers? Also, if you are having issues you can email [email protected].

Horrible experience. The idea behind these readers and progressives is great so I thought I would get a backup pair to take on vacations. Unfortunately I didn't care for the style on me and the magnification was not sufficient. I wanted to return one pair and exchange the other for another style but they couldn't help me with that so I ultimately just returned everything and paid the fee. That's another issue with online shopping when they charge you a return fee when there is no way to know in advance if they will work. They talk about easy ands free returns but they have a fee for $8 to return. I asked 3 separate times through email and never received a solution or a direct answer to my questions.

No confirmation email after two days. I should have looked at these reviews first! Disputing it through bank.
Response from LOOK OPTICAug 7, 2024
Hi Nicole, Please email us your name and last name at [email protected] You most likely forgot to submit an email address when placing the order, which is why you did not receive a confirmation email. We recommend checking your SMS as well. Thank you.

I returned the glasses. They have not returned my money. Very simple, it is a complete scam they have my money and the product back. Their advice was to call my bank and dispute the charge. Still waiting for my bank to try to get the money back. Purchase from them at your own risk!

I ordered a pair and they were light weight and stylish. I paid $73. I ordered 1.5 and when they came they were more like a 2.5. I couldn’t use them they were so strong. I like the idea but they weren’t right. They advertise a return is as easy and a preprinted label. What they don’t tell is that deduct it off you refund. They charge you $6 to ship back. Don’t order. I wish I would have read the reviews.

No communication regarding shipping. No one picks up the phone at the 800 number. Wish I had read reviews before I purchased. I will never purchase anything from them again.

These are falsely advertised in every way. First, there is nothing "progressive" about these lenses-they are ONLY reading glasses, nothing more. Like the kind you can find in the store for a few dollars--these were $56. Then, their "90 day no questions asked return" charges you $6 for a "handling fee" unless you want store credit (why would you want store credit for a terrible product?). You ca get readers i the store for less money. BUYER BEWARE.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We offer both options- readers, and progressive lenses. Readers are only for near vision, and progressives are clear at the top and readers at the bottom. In addition, as stated on our return/exchange page, exchanges are for free, and returns have a cost of $6.00 as you mentioned. Our customer service team will be more than happy to help you exchange your readers for progressives. Thank you, and have a wonderful day!
