I forgot to apply a discount I had been emailed. Immediately sent an email to customer service - a very helpful person named Andy helped me out very quickly. Don't think I have ever had such a fast response from a company. In addition I received a pair of glasses and love them. All in all an A++++++ experience.

Great customer service! My order came in and the quality is awesome but I ordered them too strong… I emailed and asked if I could exchange for a lesser stregnth and they got back to me right away via email and gave me instructions to print a return label! Can’t wait until the new pair comes in!

I am so pleased with the customer support I received! LookOptic initiated a store credit and sent me a gift card because I mistakenly purchased the wrong magnification. I did this while on vacation in a store I wouldn’t be able to exchange the item. I’m so glad it worked out because I really love the UMA readers!

I have been eyeing (!) a pair of these glasses for several months, and today I decided to go ahead and push the order button. As soon as I did that, I remembered that I had a discount code that I had forgotten to use. The quality of the progressive glasses are very good. Returns were very easy. I currently have a progressive Keaton and a progressive sunglasses. I would love if the Keaton came in your shiny pink,red or teal colors.
