Where to begin? The company and their products are TOP NOTCH! The glasses themselves are made with such quality that they are light and SO comfortable, and what’s even more, they look incredible! Often times readers can make one feel awkward, but I find myself looking for reasons to wear these progressives for longer periods because I love the way they look on me. They’re so flattering. Now in regard to customer service; the service I have received has been extremely professional, kind, and has remedied any issue I have had. For example, I purchased two pairs of the Muse progressives, one with pink lenses, and one with clear. I decided that the pink ones weren’t actually for me so I contacted customer service through the chat option and they said it was no problem, immediately sent out a second pair of clear to me (which I received today), and sent me a label to print out to return the pink ones. No issues, no charges, no issues. How many companies operate like that? I’m just BEYOND impressed with Look Optics and I’m already shopping for my next pair of glasses, which will be progressive sunglasses. If you have been considering purchasing glasses from this company, you will NOT be disappointed! Go for it! Worst case scenario is, if the frames don’t suit you like you expect, you can always exchange or return them with no problem.

I needed to reach out to Customer Service regarding my return/exchange. I had two different QR codes but packaged my items together and shipped them out on one. Fearing it would mess up my credit/exchange, I reached out to the company's email. Andy answered and was exceptional! He restored my faith in GREAT customer service with a company. Customer Service is great. I heard back almost immediately after sending in a question. The sunglasses are very clear. I love the progressive readers as the constant on and off of my previous readers was making me crazy. I have a second pair (non-sunglasses) arriving today.
