Look Optic has terrific customer service! I ordered glasses for a trip, a month out. I kept watching the tracking updates and then it tracking stalled at ETA. At that point I call/email. (To be honest, I gave up on the company a little (not knowing much of them and purchasing through Facebook meme), but once I called I had immediate attention! They fixed the issue immediately (lost in USPS mail). They expedited my order and recieved in 2 days!! They have remarkable customer service!!!!

I'm a regular customer of LOOKOPTIC abd find their products to be stellar (i have several pair of glasses) as well as their customer service. I had received a promo code for buying 2 pair of glasses but it didn't show on my receipt. I emailed customer support and they immediately refunded the discount.
