I misread coupon code qualifications, but ordered Look Optic glasses anyway. I reached to their support team for an explanation and they promptly provided one. They followed and asked if they wanted to put the order through. I explained that I already had and they refunded me the coupon code amount. They really didn’t need to do that as I was the one in error. But they did and I’m very pleasantly surprised and very much impressed with their approach to customer care.

I was gifted a pair of the Cosmo glasses and unfortunately they were not my strength. Andy was able to help facilitate an exchange so that I could get what I needed. Very friendly and helpful and would highly recommend and I will be a return shopper. Thank you ANDY!

The product is of high quality and very light weight. I also love the multiple options. One of the pair was damaged and when I reached out to Customer Service Andy responded within minutes and immediately shipped me out a replacement pair. I didn't even have to return the other pair. How easy! Definitely looking to purchase more.

My amazing Look sunglass progressives got scratched on the lenses. Although they were out of warranty, Look's customer services provided me with a replacement, out of loyalty to me as I'm a long time customer. It was above and beyond customer service. Highly recommend this brand!
