My shipment got lost by USPS and I was leaving for a trip so I reached out to see if a replacement could be sent. If the other package turned up I would return them. I had a great experience with Look Optic’s customer service! I absolutely loved the look of the glasses I ordered, but they ended up being just a bit too big for my smaller face, so the progressives didn’t quite work for me. I reached out and Angel got back to me quickly with such kindness and understanding. The process was seamless and my refund was taken care of right away. While this pair wasn’t the perfect fit, the service I received was great —I would absolutely order from them again!
